Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you book our chauffeur services or visit our website, and sets out your rights.

Registered address: 155 Wandle Road, Morden, SM4 6AA, United Kingdom. Telephone: +44 (0)20 7671 1282. Email: privacy@noblelondon.co.uk. ICO registration reference: ZB573666.
2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect and process personal data only where it is relevant to our services or required by law. Categories include booking and contact information (name, job title, company, contact details, pick-up and drop-off locations, dates and times, flight details, special instructions, and details of passengers for whom bookings are made); corporate client data (authorised bookers, billing and invoicing information, contract details and communication history); communication data; payment-related data; website and technical data (IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring website and cookie identifiers); and driver and supplier data (licence, insurance and compliance information).
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
We process personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, relying on one or more of the following bases:
Performance of a contract — managing enquiries and bookings, planning and delivering journeys, communicating about timings and changes, and issuing quotations, contracts and invoices. · Legitimate interests — managing client and supplier relationships, ensuring service quality and safety, handling feedback and disputes, preventing fraud, improving our website and services, and limited relevant B2B marketing where permitted. · Legal obligations — complying with legal, regulatory and tax obligations and responding to lawful requests. · Consent — for certain marketing communications or non-essential cookies; you may withdraw consent at any time.
4. How We Use Personal Data
To manage and fulfil bookings and journeys; to provide chauffeur services to named passengers; to communicate about services; to manage quotations, contracts, invoicing and payments; to maintain service quality and handle enquiries or complaints; and to protect our rights, property and security. Where a booking is made on behalf of another individual, you confirm that you are authorised to provide their personal data and that they have been informed of this Policy.
5. Sharing Personal Data
We do not sell personal data. We may share it, where necessary, with chauffeurs and operational partners, payment service providers and banks, IT and hosting providers, professional advisers, and regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where required by law. Third parties processing data on our behalf must handle it securely and only on our instructions.
6. International Transfers
If personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary: booking and invoice records typically up to 6 years for legal and tax purposes; communication and service records for as long as reasonably required; marketing data until you unsubscribe or object; and driver and supplier records in line with contractual and legal requirements. When no longer required, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
8. Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access your data; request correction or deletion; request restriction of processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing; request data portability; and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@noblelondon.co.uk. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); our ICO reference is ZB573666.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to ensure functionality, remember preferences and analyse use. Where required we ask for consent via a cookie banner and provide options to manage preferences. Disabling cookies may affect some features.
11. Third-Party Websites
Our website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content and recommend reviewing their policies separately.
12. Corporate Clients Acting as Controllers
Where a corporate client provides personal data of its employees, clients or guests to arrange transport, that organisation is responsible for having a lawful basis to share the data and for informing those individuals. We process that data as an independent controller for the purposes described here.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The most recent version is always available on our website and states its effective date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
